Offer of 10 invitations for all the concerts of the year and those of the festival. Reserved seats in the first rows of each concert hall. Possibility to maintain privileged links with a godson among the students :Invitation in the family, to follow him/her during competitions or master classes, to invite him/her to exhibitions, to encourage him/her at will… The sponsor can also organize events at home or at the MUSICA MUNDI SCHOOL (reception fees not included) with his godchild and the other young talents of the school.

Unless you prefer differently, we will give your name to the room you choose to fund and a memorial plaque will record your support. We will develop with you and for you specific advantages adapted to your needs –private events in the school premises, concerts, conferences, visits for your guests, master classes of great artists and, of course, permanent invitations for you and your guests to all Musica Mundi events, including our summer festival.

STRUCTURAL SPONSORSHIP

Compagnies are invited to collaborate in a meaningful way with the Musica Mundi School and Festival.
The school offers 2 different types of sponsoring but is open to individualize other sponsoring requests.
A. Premium Sponsorship
With a yearly participation of 50.000 Euros and an engagement for 3 consecutive years, the sponsor receives in return:
1. A classroom in the ground floor (value 100.000 Euros) named after the company during the 3 years collaboration (with the possibility of an extension if the sponsor wishes to extend his support at the end of the three years)

2. Visual and commercial exclusivity for its products

3. The sponsor becomes automatically a partner to the Musica Mundi Course and Festival and benefits from:
• Visual and commercial exclusivity for its products
• 1 full color page in the festival’s programme,
• 20 VIP seats for each festival concert and 40 VIP seats for the gala concert with reserved parking and private reception.
• Name mentioned at all press conferences and official speeches,
• Important media coverage,
• Logo on the banners,
• Presence of products during all festival concerts.

4. As a partner of the MMS, the sponsor receives 20 seats for each of the School’s official concerts (5 concerts each year)

5. The sponsor can organize, once a year, a private free concert for their guests. This event will be entirely organized by the school. The sponsor agrees to bear the costs of the reception to these private events.
6. The sponsor can organize, once a year, a seminar for their guests. Details can be individualized according to the needs of the sponsor.
B. Sponsorship
With a yearly participation of 20.000 Euros and an engagement for 3 consecutive years, the sponsor receives in return:
1. A practice room on the first floor (value 50.000 Euros) named after the company during the 3 years collaboration (with possibility of extension if the sponsor wishes to extend his support at the end of the three first years)

2. The sponsor becomes automatically a partner to the Musica Mundi Course and Festival and benefits from:
• 1 full color page in the festival’s program
• 10 VIP seats for each festival concert and 20 VIP seats for the gala concert with reserved parking and private reception.
• Name mentioned at all press conferences and official speeches,
• Important media coverage,

3. As a partner of the MMS, the sponsor receives 10 seats for each of the School’s official concerts (5 concerts each year)

4. The sponsor can organize, once during these 3 years, a private free concert for their guests. This event will be entirely organized by the school. The sponsor agrees to bear the costs of the reception to these private events. If the sponsor wishes to organize a concert for each of the three years, the cost of 3.000 Euros will be borne by the sponsor for each extra concert.

5. The sponsor can organize, once during the three years, a seminar for their guests. Details can be individualized according to the needs of the sponsor.
